Shipping & Handling

PinBox uses the Post Office and FedEx to deliver the purchases to its customers.

It is important to note that the delivery period will be considered from the authorization of payment and confirmation of the order.

PACKING

Orders are shipped in cardboard boxes. The pieces are individually wrapped in tags, wrapped in tissue paper and placed in the cardboard box. The carton is closed / sealed with adhesive tape, labeled with the name and address of the sender and recipient. It is important to note that the shipping label is made up of the exact data that the customer has entered in the site's registration. Therefore it is very important to correctly enter the delivery data so that your package is not returned to the sender and your delivery is impaired.

THE DELIVERY

You or a person you trust must be on-site to receive and sign the delivery protocol. Deliveries in buildings are held at the concierge.

If there is no one to receive, after the third delivery attempt the Post will leave a notification of attempted delivery in the place and inform the post office where the recipient should personally seek your package. If the recipient does not appear to pick it up within the period determined by the Post Office, it is returned to the PinBox and the return of this request will only be made after payment of a new freight rate (same amount paid previously). The amount paid for the freight of the first shipment will not be refunded, once the delivery attempt has been made.

TO ACCOMPANY THE DELIVERY

In order to keep track of the progress of your order delivery, you will receive an email informing that your order has been posted and will find a tracking code and a link to the page of the Post Office website where all the information about The status of your delivery.
