Exchanges and Returns

GENERAL INFORMATION:
If there is any doubt, compliment or any dissatisfaction with any PinBox product purchased from our online store, please contact us at sac@pinbox.com.br. We will be happy to help and guide you on how to proceed.
The product must be sent to the sender with all accessories, jewelry sealing with no evidence of rupture and accompanied by the tax note. The referral must be made by the postal reverse system and must be requested by the PinBox.
IN CASE OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
All products sent to PinBox by defect will undergo a prior technical analysis to verify the actual existence of a manufacturing defect and to discard the improper use of the part (see guarantee and LINK care)
We clarify that in case of manufacturing defect, if it is proven that the defect was not caused by misuse of the product, the customer may choose:
    • Adjusting or repairing the jewelry by the manufacturer;
    • Substitution for a product identical to the one purchased or of the same value if it is still available in stock;
    • Refund of the amount paid through bank deposit, PagSeguro;
    • Price reduction, in the case of choosing a product of greater value than previously purchased. The difference in value must be paid by the consumer before sending the new product.

IN THE EVENT OF DETENTION, UNSATISFACTION OR REPENTANCE
The return for withdrawal, dissatisfaction or repentance may be made within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, SINCE the use protection seal is intact and there is no indication that it has been broken.
To return a product for this reason, please inform this fact via email sac@pinbox.com.br and you will be guided on how to proceed. Enter in the email the order number, name that appears in the registration of the same and, if possible, your telephone number.
The product must be in the original packaging, with no signs of use with the protective seal of use of the piece, accompanied by its tax note and all the accessories it has.
For this case, the reimbursement options are:

• Receipt of a Vale Exchanges in the value of the product or

• Refund of the value paid for the product, returned via PayPal or bank deposit.


OTHER REASONS:

If you notice any discrepancies in the delivery, we ask that you refuse the receipt, when for example: - Open or damaged packaging. - Damaged product. - Different product than requested.
